At Tabs Chocolate, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellation

  1. Before Shipping:

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped.
    • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at chocolatetab4@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.

  2. After Shipping:

    • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Any discounts or offers applied to the order will be adjusted accordingly.

Important Notes

  • Custom or special orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
  • Orders placed during sales or promotions are non-cancelable.
